Fawn Restaurant is an elegant, full-service restaurant open seven days a week serving modern classics to discerning guests and is the result of over 20 years of combined experience in the hospitality industry by three young professionals. A women-led institution designed and built to stand the test of time, Farm delivers a big city experience with East Coast hospitality.
Chef Natalie Rosen and her back of house team have developed a simple yet elegant menu; Modern American Cuisine with French and Italian influences. The menu includes her take on Rigatoni alla Vodka, Beef Tartare, Steak au Poivre, Shrimp Cocktail, Lemon Meringue Pie, and more.
Katie and Ceilidh share a passion for refined and down-to-earth service and, together with their front of house management team, have built a wine and cocktail menu to complement Natalie’s dishes beautifully. Service takes place in a beautifully designed and built space thanks to another woman-owned business, Bricks & Birches led by Robyn Manning.
Working in a hands-on capacity to create a comfortable, welcoming, and special environment for their guests and a safe, fair, and fun work environment for their staff, the trio’s partnership is changing the hospitality industry for the better by raising the bar across the board.
