is the dream of a young couple who left the city, to return to Cathy’s east coast roots and start a family. Cathy and her husband Scott found that in an 1800’s homestead in rural Nova Scotia. Starting off as a project in self-reliance and winter farming, Cathy has since grown Bramble Hill Farm into one of the largest commercial year-round microgreen farms east of Montreal. Bramble Hill believes empowering yourself starts with choosing nutrient dense, local foods! To help as many folks as possible bring this practice into their daily lives the Farm has created a simple, beautiful product called Micro Garden. This kit which features functional packaging (reducing need for additional plastic use) includes everything needed to grow your own microgreens on a windowsill or tabletop, just add water.
Just like this story started as a dream, Bramble Hill Farm is still a dream...a dream to inspire others to eat fresh, fun, and full of flavour!
