Tuckamore Acres Farm is owned and operated by John Wray and Lauren Clark-Gallant who produce sustainable organic premium meat.

Tuckamore Acres meat production focuses on Highland Beef and Tamworth Pork. Both the cattle and pigs graze and forage in the fields and forest, and remain outside all year round – and prefer it that way.

‘Our focus is on pasture-raised meat.  There are so many ways to farm, but having happy animals, free to forage and grow in the sun, fits best with our farming philosophy.

We raise our animals outdoors and our animals have access to large paddocks and areas to roam, where they can be as natural as possible.  On occasion, like when a pig is giving birth, the outdoor access is smaller and more contained, but the animals still have access to  sunlight and ample room to move around. 

We do this because we like food, growing food well, growing enough to make a difference, and growing food in such a way that has a positive impact on the land, and the growers and the consumers.
