Springhouse: Springhouse is the creation of partners Jessie Doyle and Seth Graham and was a fixture at the Halifax Seaport Farmers Market from 2011 until they moved to Gottingen Street in 2018. Springhouse is currently Halifax's only licensed plant-based restaurant, serving healthy whole foods, turned into delicious comfort classics. They have a full beverage menu featuring wine, cocktails, beer, and a variety of non-alcoholic options.
