Oakview Farm and Greenhouse
Oakview Farm and Greenhouse is owned and operated by Jennifer and Kevin Graham, who bought the farm and moved to Kingsport in December of 1996. Jennifer and Kevin have a small flock of free run laying hens, a small herd of beef cows, a no-spray strawberry u-pick at the beginning of the summer and a peach u-pick in August.
Jennifer and Kevin bought their greenhouse in August of 2011, and they are a small local producer of pesticide free produce. They have three market areas: an on farm u-pick for fresh fruit and vegetables, free run eggs, and direct market sales at the Halifax Seaport Market.
Through the addition of their greenhouse, they have extended their growing season for salad crops and flowers. They are expanding their current operations to include a facility for on farm processing and packaging of their fruits and vegetables, as well as cold storage.
Jennifer and Kevin have been in business for 16 years and they enjoy providing fine quality produce for their customers!
