Café GoodLuck was established in the summer of 2018 by Manual Food and Drink Co., a partnership of Sonny Adamski, Emma Adamski, and Graham Read. Manual Food and Drink Co. has established itself as a bespoke food and beverage company in Halifax, offering customized catering services and collaborative dining experiences, most notably with their viral ice cream parlour, The Dairy Bar.
