Café GoodLuck was established in the summer of 2018 by Manual Food and Drink Co., a partnership of Sonny Adamski, Emma Adamski, and Graham Read. Manual Food and Drink Co. has established itself as a bespoke food and beverage company in Halifax, offering customized catering services and collaborative dining experiences, most notably with their viral ice cream parlour, The Dairy Bar.
Café GoodLuck resembles a neighbourhood diner with a fresh made-to-order food menu, craft coffee, and a curated selection of wine and beer. The menu focuses on simple, fresh, and engaging items while also drawing on nostalgic favourites and current food trends. The menu includes options for breakfast, lunch, evening bar snacks, and a weekend brunch.
