BlackRock Bistro & Bar
The BlackRock Bistro & Bar was established in 2013 by David Beattie and Lori Lynch, owners of Gillespie House Inn in Parrsboro. It was purchased from them in 2018 by Norm Rafuse. Black Rock Bistro is centrally located on Main Street, Parrsboro, within walking distance of Bed and Breakfasts, The Ship’s Company Theatre, The Art Lab, and the Fundy Geological Museum.
Black Rock Bistro’s menu focuses on locally sourced food and beverages. Some of the Bistro’s major suppliers include That Dutchman’s Cheese, BroadFork Organic Farm, fisherman in the local area, and many more local producers.
