Whenever possible, we work with local farmers for a supply of fresh, local and organic ingredients. We have an abundance of food grown here in Nova Scotia and we take pride in building relationships farmers in our community. We use local berries, greens, fruits and vegetables when in season. We also use many raw ingredients that cannot be grown in Nova Scotia, or even in Canada. For these ingredients, such as raw cacao and coconut, we always purchase organic and fair trade.”
Leanna and Adam have built an honest food system at pachamama, and they take great pride in producing nutritious, locally and ethically-sourced goods they can stand behind.
“At pachamama, food is always energizing, delicious, vegan and guilt-free!”
