Field Guide Restaurant
Field Guide is the creation of partners Ceilidh Sutherland and Dan Vorstremans. The restaurant is located in the lively North End neighbourhood at Gottingen St. and Faulkland St. and is dedicated to bridging the gap between guests and their food through passionate service and an open concept kitchen. The menu is an ever-changing selection of ‘plates to be shared’ which will be a reflection of what is seasonally available from Nova Scotia farmers and producers.
